Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of being placed.
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days.
Please note that orders canceled after 48 hours may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:

A return shipping fee of $8.59 will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. The $8.59 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and order details when reaching out.

Gifts
If an order includes a complimentary gift:

For returns with a value over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. USCashmere is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
